Description

For the next part of the show, Vlad Dracula pairs each guest with a vampire host of the opposite sex:

“Thus will any of my servants be consumed, who dare to question my will. Here, I alone command. I, Vlad Dracula, voivode of Wallachia, prince of Transylvania! And, for long centuries, undisputed lord of the kingdom of darkness! But you must not fear me. The guest is sacred at Dracula's castle. I will personally accompany you to visit my dark domain. Each of you will have one of my Nosferatu as a lady or knight. I, by my sovereign right, choose the most beautiful.”

(Sylvaine) “I don't...”

“Don't be afraid. Go.”

“What imagination! I would never have imagined...”

“The problem is that I have difficulty convincing myself that they are mere actors.”

(Vampire to Ingrid) “Your throat... it's so beautiful.”

“Thank you, dear. Maybe you don't look bad under the makeup either. If you clean up a bit, I'll leave my bedroom door open for you.”

“Jack, I'm... I'm so...”

“I know what you mean, Nina. No makeup artist in their right mind would think of adding this corpse-like stench for a touch of realism. You've been underground too long, my pretty.”

“Mmggrrr..”

“What... what are those?” (The impaled corpses)

“The trees in my garden, mademoiselle.”

I was waiting for someone to bring up if they stank with the bloodshed and gutting. Aren't there more men than women at the start of this sequence? Dracula should have asked, "Where the white women at?" in the first panel.

I didn't expect we were getting a key party in this speciale! Although it almost has the feel of a wedding party at the top of page 93
