DescriptionMy last few posts were Marvel related so I figured Id show my love for DC with this classic piece featuring the World's Finest. I literally remember picking up these issues one by one with my best friend during my college days.It took me about 5 years of reaching out to the prior owner and when I finally got that email I didnt hesitate. Im truly grateful to him for remembering me on this one. As a bonus, this cover was also used for the Omnibus Volume 1. Social/Sharing |

Great cover from a great series. And published twice which is oh so nice!
Upgrade this scan to a higher resolution for us to appreciate it even more in depth though ;-p - you're a Premium Member now, resolution limits be damned!

Appreicate it bro! Still tinkering around with the DPI but getting a bit better at it. It makes a world of a difference!

Epic cover! Great job acquiring it with persistence and patience. It's always fun having those two powerhouses on the same cover. And Ed McGuinness is such a star.
It would be great to be able to enlarge the image ... A couple years ago I bought an EPSON Workforce DS-50000 flatbed scanner, and I love it! It's perfect both for scanning original art and CGC slabs. That's my recommendation for the day :-) Great add!

Very nice pickup. It's great cover, relating to your own history while in college.
And I always appreciate a collector that follows up with their word, and even better that you could then act on it

Ed always brings the beef and it works perfectly here, giving our two heroes great presence on the page. No wonder they published it twice! Glad it finally found you!

Fantastic cover from a fantastic run. Nobody draws Superman like McGuinness. Congrats, great to hear you stuck with it and it paid off.
