Description

Sal Buscema and Joe Sinnott The Incredible Hulk #226 Pag.7 Original Art (Marvel, 1978).

This very nice BRONZE AGE 1978 Incredible Hulk page, which was penciled by the great Sal Buscema, and inked by the great Joe Sinnott, from the story titled "Big Monster on Campus!"
Signed by Sinnot (upper margin). Ink over graphite on Bristol board.

Mi mancava un bel pezzo classico dell’Incredibile Hulk. Questa tavola mostra il Generale Ross che cerca gentilmente di far indossare uno strano casco al gigante verde che sembra non apprezzare il gesto.
Una fantastica pagina disegnata dallo storico Sal Buscema e inchiostrata in modo divino dal grande J. Sinnot e firmata da quest’ultimo al margine superiore.

Uno splendido esempio dell'arte di questo grande duo! Le espressioni rabbiose di Hulk sono un vero classico e l'inchiostrazione magistrale (l'elmetto da solo è un piccolo capolavoro).

Sal Buscema è legato indissolubilmente al personaggio di Hulk e questo è un ottimo esempio del perché. Sinceri complimenti!!

That's a crazy plan by Thunderbolt Ross! I'm surprised Hulk even bothers to talk to Ross and not just smash with anger! Very cool inks by Sinnott to give it that Marvel shine that defined the eras.
