Description

The National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), where I work (last I checked), has been in the news lately for some less-than-happy reasons (at least from a NOAA employee point of view).

However, here's a happy NOAA-comic strip art story: Sherman's Lagoon creator Jim Toomey created a NOAA award called the Silver Sherman, and I was the first award recipient in my office back in 2016.
