Description

I thought Manix art was cute when I first saw it. I enjoyed the humor and creativity he brought to every piece. I'm not a big commission guy, so I never thought of grabbing something from him until I saw some of his art at my buddy Mikail's house. The colors were spectacular, so had to have one!

Fast forward a couple of months, and Next Comic Art was opening Manix commissions. I figured go big or go home, and working with Jiggy; we settled on this piece. It's exceeded my expectations and will be a treasured addition to my collection!

Wow!! Manix's absolutely nailed this not only with his signature bright colors, but he really makes those characters feel like his own. The detail that went into Magneto is just sets the whole thing off. Outstanding commission!

Wow, what a way to join the Manix fan club... Though I just realized it doesn't have the signature frayed edges, so instead of 2 decoder rings, you now only get one. Congrats anyways!

Oh, my stars and garters. Not the first of Manix's pieces in my 'Favorites' gallery (nor, I'd wager, will it be the last), but a SOOOPER special piece that should keep you warm in its loving embrace for years and years to come. Spectacular. BRILLIANT choice for a Manix commission, James! Wicked cool!
