Issue 3 is the last issue. I think Jimenez's art on Spider-Man during this time period is some of his best work and even better than his most well known DC projects.

I loved Phil's work on Spider-Man. I had the chance to talk to him at a con and he only remembered hating the bristol boards that Marvel provided to him. He did enjoy all the people he worked with and Spidey was a cool character. He did say he really liked working on X-Men.
