It's that great Top Cow house style that ratches everything up! IT is visually tight and Green delights the senses with the high energy 90s layout.

I had the artist wrong but was corrected. The artist is Clarence Lansang.

This does not look like Randy Green art to me. I'd bet on Clarence Lansang, rather.

You're absolutely right. A couple artist contributed to this issue, Randy Green being one of them along with Randy Green being the cover artist for the issue. Thank you for catching my mistake.
