These inks are phenomenal! Normally I'm not a big pencils and inks on separate boards kind of guy, but this making me rethink that. Congrats!

Damn! This is very nice! The checkerboard swirl is trippy but those are some powerful inks! Great pick up, buddy!

Absolutely stunning cover by Ryand Stegman and J.P. Mayer! If the optical effects aren't enough to blow your mind, the sheer level of detaill Stegman put into this pairing just might. What's more, the intricate inking of the figures and the minute crosshatching in the finishes are both mindblowing!

Dynamic poses for both charactes, which paired with that swirling checkerboard background, really makes me feel like the piece is moving! Love it. Stegman doing his thing, no doubt. Congrats!

Love when modern artists still take the time to do these kinds of backgrounds traditionally. Great stuff.

Jaw-dropping work by the great JP Mayer. Gorgeous inks over Rya Stegman's pencils of Sabertooth and the Vampiric Nekra. They are writhing together, I'm not sure whether they're in the throws of seduction or prepaing to tear one another apart. (WIth some couples, I understand there's not much difference). I love the detailed inks that JP lays down. He uses tons of black and lots of crosshatching to achieve the looks he creates. Here he added an almost psychedelic effect using a twisting vortex of black and white squares that hypnotically spins around the pair. What a mind-blowing cover by the modern-day master of ink--JP Mayer.
