DescriptionDan dos Santos was the featured artist for Upper Deck's 2022 Marvel Masterpieces trading card set. He painted around 135 paintings for the set, and Upper Deck solicited 2 original art paintings from DDS - Thor and Spider-Man, both from the Canvas Gallery insert set. These 2 paintings were made available to collectors only as pack-pulled redemption cards - 1 in the physical product and 1 on Upper Deck's ePack digital platform.Painting is shown already framed under a triple mat frame. Dan is so good that this resembles the life sized statues that had the suit painted on. You can totally believe the 3D aspects he chose to emphasize through the lighting.
