Descriptionpencil and ink on Bristol board17 h × 11 w in (43 × 28 cm) estimate: $2,000–3,000 Quincy Harker has goaded Dracula into coming to him with the belief that Harker has a means of destroying Dracula once and for all. As he waits patiently with his dog Saint, the phone rings, Quincy answers it thinking it's Rachel but it turns out to be Dracula who tells Harker that he will be coming to kill him shortly. Gene Colan was an iconic Marvel artist known for moody, expressive artwork on titles like Daredevil, Doctor Strange, Howard the Duck, and The Tomb of Dracula. He co‑created Blade, Falcon, and Carol Danvers (Ms. Marvel/Captain Marvel) and was inducted into the Eisner Hall of Fame. Social/Sharing |
