Description

From Nightveil's first appearance. She is first called Phantom Lady, AC thought the character was in public domain. DC objected to AC using Phantom Lady, later her original identity was changed to "Blue Bulleteer"
In this issue she was still called Phantom Lady who was given the Cloak of Darkness and becomes Nightfall (changed to Nightveil after Fun Comics #4). (Ya a bit confusing)
Mark Heike's first published work for AC Comics.
