Description

Here is another of my "commissions to make me smile" pieces.

I had some surgery last year and during my recovery time, Dinesh Shamdasani was kind enough to send me a bunch of his Bad Idea comics to read. I am so grateful for his kindness - not only were they really wonderful but it indeed gave me something to look forward to each day as I was recovering.

Possibly, my favorite among the many great books was Pyrate Queen illustrated by Adam Pollina. What a phenomenal book about a female pyrate. I loved it.

I am looking and smiling at it now! (I even put a digital logo on it)
