Description

This one caught my heart from the very first view when I still was a teen - and the feeling is still the same up to now. Gwen, what an absolutely knockout! Also, this page proves easily, that girl had much more potential than her "killers" want to agree today.

You don't see often such pages with gorgeous Gwen in all panels. My favourite artist, John "Ring-A-Ding" Romita, combined with the incredible inks of Jim Mooney.

In terms of showcasing Gwen as a character, this may be the best page that John and Stan ever did. It's too bad they didn't keep developing her... one of Marvel's missed opportunities. Also, Romita/Mooney just slays as an art team!

John Romita Sr. is Spider-Man and Spider-Man is John Romita Sr. nuff said and this is absolutely one of my favorite page with Gwen. A stunning Page.
