Description

Will Meugniot, who worked on the 1992 animated X-Men series, proposed an animated crossover between the X-Men and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers in the 1990s. However, this crossover was never produced. The proposed crossover was ultimately shelved, with the reason cited being that one of the shows was considered more popular than the other, though it was never clarified which one.

I picked this up from Will after he listed it in his CAF Gallery back in 2007. The art was part of the pitch made to create this incredible cross over that never happened. It's created on a white vellum like paper and is probably 16" x 24". I forgot I had it, and I wasn't able to scan something that size back in the day so I never posted it to my CAF. Ashton and I watched a lot of Power Rangers and X-Men when he was young. This artwork brings back a lot of great memories from the early days of our family.

Bill, Can you do a follow up on how Will has been doing? It's been over a year since you did an interview with him and discussed his health issues. I also think Tommy is a better leader than Scott.

Such a fun what if piece of history by someone so well recognized in the animation world. Huge congrats on this really cool piece.
