Awesome monster splash from deep in Marvel lore! The wonderful inkwork filling Goom's body is impressively done! Hulk coming from that same monster tradition makes this throwback issue lots more fun.

Great splash and I love Abel's inking! Does Googam ever appear in the story?

I always hated Abel's inks over Sal's pencils, but somehow or other the work on all these monster splashes looked fantastic to me. Congrats on finding another one, Eelco!

You know he's evil when he switches into the third person for his diatribe. Baddies love the sound of their own names! Doom. Goom. Fin Fan Foom. All the -ooms, really. Another amazing Sal Hulk splash for your great collection, Eelco. And I love the Kirby monster. Big congrats!

Brilliant angle. I loved that issue - and it really sparked renewed interest in the pre-hero issues. Abel's inks are superb.
