OMG!!!!! I remember this page so well. Staton was my favorite inker on Sal's incredible run. And this was only their second issue. At some point they started to use rotating inkers, but the Staton issues were by far my favorite. It is so amazing to see this. Congratulations Eelco! I am very, very, jealous!

Excellent page, so dramatic and moody--all that black ink on the page is so evocative, and not something I really associate with Sal B's Hulk art. Awesome pick-up!

Wow! The slow narrative build up to the great payoff image! Hulk rises from the Swamp like the other green monsters setting up a battle between Hulk and Man-Thing!
