From the FIRST series of Supergirl in 1972. After years of being a back-up in Action Comics and Adventure Comics, then part of the Superman Family, DC gave Supergirl her own title. Here is the splash from the first issue showing her flying over the Golden Gate bridge.

Wally, a great, sexy Supergirl splash; I remember this image dearly from my 1st year of reading comics; Art Saaf drew beautiful women as well as anyone! congrats! I recently talked to his son, Steve Saaf, who is a very nice guy;
