DescriptionThis is my 2006 present to myself. I had not planed on buying something for myself since Amy had given me such a wonderful commission as a present, but when I saw the list of pages from Mike Burkey's purchase of the Brown estate I knew as soon as I saw this page that I wanted to own it. A check from a relative, some financial juggling here and there and I was able to raise enough money to do the deal. It's a stunning page combing incredible Giordano inks, Bob Brown's terrific use of Batman's cape with terrific sequential storytelling.Enjoy Social/Sharing |

A great page. Mr Giordano was one of the all time greats.... Sadly missed. Love the fluidity of this page..... Every panel's a treat!!!!!

Thats a very iconic page. Panel two alone is stellar, but every panel is great. Hard to beat this art combination. Brown and Giordano at their best!
