DescriptionI really love this piece. This was one of the first commissions in which I personally had a good bit of input as to what I wanted the piece to look like. We were going for a noir 40's/Eisner feeling. I've found that some artists love the input, while others really want to be left to their own imaginations. Gerry certainly seemed to thrive on the input. The proof is in the results! Just look at it! I love the little details he put in...note the Maltese Falcon on top of the file cabinet, the old fashioned fan on the desk. Wow. Thanks Gerry!Social/Sharing |

I'm not familiar with Gerry's works but what a tremendous piece! Congrats! Other than Eisner, it also reminds me of Grandenetti's Eisnerish Dr Drew!

How cool is this?! Gerry is working on a 1940s style Vampirella for me, I cannot wait to see what he does with it! Wow!
