Description

On April 01. 2006, this sketch was done by Ramon Perez (www.butternutsquash.com) at the 25th annual Ad-Astra event. Here's the confession - my brother got this done for me. Ad Astra is geared towards more of a Sc-Fantasy event, and really wasn't my cup of tea. A big gracious thank you to Ramon who really didn't need to do this for me. I saw his Batman sketch on his blog (http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/5754/1618/1600/sk-batman.jpg) and thought it was amazing, sorta like a Frank Cho style Batman. Anyways, Ramon was formerly the artist on Speakeasy comics' SPELLGAME, but his new project should make Kevin Smith happy. Ramon is tapped to be the artist on volume 2 of DEGRASSI: EXTRA CREDIT GN. Volume 1 will be out shortly.
