Description

For some X-Men fans this was a "magic" period for the book......for pros....well we watched as the "new" guys were setting the entire comix field on fire...Todd was doing "Spider-man", Marc was drawing "Wolverine"...it was the birth of "Image Comics".I kinda liked this period myself.....Jim & Scott's art was somewhat "softer", less hard edged.....and there were more surprises in the drawing........BTW........this is a stat which is sent to the printers..this is the poster--it's one of a kind.---[ production-stat on coverstock/illustrationboard with acetate overlay--the artwork has been retouched on the stat making this an origianal piece of art ]

I like to call this the "baroque" period of art wereas the artist before like Perez, Romita, Neal Adams are the Renaissance period. History repeats itself in cycles. the difference is just in the surface manifestations.
