Description

This is the cover that DC printed from for Action Comics # 580. The artwork is stated, then pasted-up with logo,DC Comics bullet, UPC, lettering, & price info and then sent to the printers..this is that cover-it's one of a kind. As you can tell from the scan this was the month back in the 80's that DC was changing the price for it's books-[ note: 75 cents & 95 cents ].

Fantastic cover. I never really associated Gil with superman as I'm discovering here at CAF he really has an iconic take on the character
