I agree, it is one of the most striking Mignola pages I've seen. The second panel alone is amazingly weird and wonderful.

Goes almost without saying that this page is one of the most titular and sought after for later years Mignola collectors (at least amongst my collector friends). Great page, Stanley!

Congratulations on a really great page!! I actually had this page in my hand with cash outstretched to Mike the year he sold his Conqueror Worm pages. Then Mike took the page back and said, "Oops, this one isn't for sale" and slid it back into his binder. Agghhh!!!! I did end up with the page right before it so all wasn't lost, but I have often wondered what happened to this one afterwards. So... any good story to tell about this purchase? p.s. I think Neil is talking about me :)

And I know how much you desperately wanted this page during that show (and most likely still do). At least we know where it is!
