I think this might be a rejected prelim cover for either the reprint of the Celestial Madonna arc (Avengers 129-135) or possibly Avengers #129 cover which is similar. E-mail me if anyone knows what this was done for.

I can't believe how dynamic this is for a prelim/ rough. Everyone has character, especially the Swordsman in the bottom right.
