I agree its made from a tree but its not an apple. Lol. It is nice though.

Wonderful page from a special moment in X-Men history.
Arthur's interior pages as truly amazing. From this series they are pure gold.

GEEZ! There really aren't any bad pages from this annual, but damn, this is a GREAT page. You just can't ever go wrong with a page featuring all the X-men in battle. You can now stop buying Art Adams pages, it just doesn't get better than this. This page also appears to be one of the few pages that was spared being oddly cut at the top and bottom because of whatever the "Chemical Strip In" process was. Out of curiosity, what date was the page finished? Some time in May of 1985? The penciled date at the bottom right corner is hard to make out in your picture. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Constant. I think it reads May 6, 1985. It's quite light so I can't tell 100%.

Fabulous X-Men page from a fabulous era! I loved Arthur Adams' work on X-Men! This page is just jam-packed with all sorts of Arthur Adams' goodies! Great pick-up!

I need to find that tree and make a point to frequently watch for apples! I loved Art Adams art the instant I saw it - love this early example. Congrats!
