DescriptionTerry Moore is the writer/artist/publisher of Strangers in Paradise, Echo, and Rachel Rising. To say he's an accomplished comic book creator is a bit of an understatement. While I never read SiP, I admired his art and story telling when I thumbed through it. With the end of SiP, Terry started a new Sci-Fi genre story featuring Julie Martin, a photographer. The story starts when Julie witnesses an explosion in the desert. Shortly after, she finds herself rained upon by a strange metal fallout from the explosion that bonds to her. The story revolves around what the material is, how it got to her, and the implications of that knowledge. It's a good read. I've wanted a piece by Terry for sometime and saw this one and decided to get it. It features Julie in a scene late in the book where she has been plated by more of the metal and subsequently grown larger and stronger. It was used a print in 2009 and you'll find that print added as an additional image. In May of 2016, the CBLDF started selling some art to fund their move from NYC to Portland, OR. One of those pieces was the pre-liminary drawing of this piece. While I didn't win the art, I did grab the image and add it as an Additional Image. It's interesting to see what changed. Wonderful art! I love the details in her shoes and the cliff face. Echo was indeed "a good read;" but the fact that you have not read SIP is in dire need of being rectified!!! You won't be disappointed! Congrats on this piece and thanks for sharing!

I was perusing your gallery and stumbled across this one. I really like Terry Moore's work and this one is a nice piece. Acquiring these full size pieces of his is challenging, so congrats on landing this one.

Terry and Echo are amazing and this has to be one of the cooler and most dramatic cover/poster/print pieces I've seen by him. Congrats!
