Description

The Chinese want their own super-heroes so they started a program to create them. First, we had Great Ten, but the Chinese government wasn't satisfied - perhaps, because adults are harder to control - and so they developed the The Justice League of China which consists of late teen / early twenties members.

This group shot shows the the JLC in all their glory. In it from the top center and clockwise, we have:

Avery is an American of Chinese descent and works with the team. There is an auxiliary member not shown - Dragonson. He's a sub-sea dweller with a complicated back story.
