DescriptionAnother of everyone's favorite G.I. Joe issues was G.I. Joe #2. What mid-80's collector doesn't remember how that became the hottest book around (on par with Dark Knight) and the scandal that was caused when they started reprinting the book in 3-packs?The way this story was told proved to me that this was more than just a comic book promoting toys. Larry Hama really could write! I read this book probably 50 times and what I loved most about the story was the ending. The last panel told the story behind the story without a single word! I was ecstactic years ago to stumble across the page I loved so much from this story. Another Joe grail! Social/Sharing |
