this is on the same 11x17 board as the other "tesla strong" page in this gallery. although the colors for this issue were extremely dark, the lines on the art board are very clean. it's an interesting look for jason -- a very stripped-down feel to his usual cartoony-ness. it's kind of a bridge between the heavy, dark blacks that he was doing before this and the thin, highly detailed stuff he's doing now.
