I was flipping through a book of prelims and roughs that Dave Johnson had at Dragon Con 2025. I thought this looked pretty finished and decided to buy because it was VERY affordable. When I asked Dave if he had just decided to draw grenades for fun, he informed me that this was the line art to the cover of Pop Kill issue 2! I had just bought it because I think Dave Johnson draws cool weapons, I had no idea this was part of a cover!
