Description

i'd wanted to commission joe pekar for a long time. his pinups and his web site are awesome. then i saw this on ebay one day, and i liked it a lot. i liked that it is all in colored pencil. it doesn't fit into any themes of things i collect, so that made me waffle a bit. but i liked it, and i decided to go for it. i'm glad i did. it's BEAUTIFUL in person. it just comes alive, and the colors are fantastic. it's 8.5x11, and i've now got an itoya portfolio of nice 8.5x11 pieces that are wonderful. i even have other pieces in the portfiolio that are color, and this one just pops. it's great. next, i'll have to get joe to do a commission.
