Description

The eerie character from Ring(u), the japanese movie that jumpstarted the Hollywood craze for asian horror movies (most of the time poor) remakes.If someone told you you'd be crazy frightened by a girl coming out of a TV screen,you'd have laughed like crazy,right? Now you don't :) Landon perfectly captures that shilling feeling here. The very long hair that covers the face and the one evil eye that inexplicably emerges from it contributes to the uneasiness of the piece.Nice Mignola vibe too ;)

I'm not a big fan of Ring (I actually fell asleep watching the original) but your piece will keep me awake ! These are terrific art, mood and inks ! I'll stay tuned to see more of your work because so far, I love it !

Thank you so much for the kind words, Olivier! Please check back as slavedriver Fred has me hard at work, We'll be adding some new stuff soon! Ringu actually almost put me to sleep to. But don't tell Frederic, I think that he actually prefers it to the American remake...
