Description

While Tim wasn't at SDCC this year, he was in attendance at a BBQ hosted by fellow CAF member Ken Martin. Ken invited my wife and I over and we had a great time. Great food and conversation, and after dinner was over the art supplies were brought out and Tim began to sketch away. I feel very fortunate to have been there and come away with a great Nick Fury inkwash. Thanks to Ken, Maddie , John Higashi and Tim for a great night and respite from the con.

George is right. I would be remiss to not mention that Tim makes some mighty fine chicken wings and potato salad!

Great pickup Chris! I'm sorry to have missed the BBQ...how could you not have mentioned Tim's wings? I hear they're better than his inkwashes. :-) Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait till Seattle in 2010.

The wings are amazing, George. That Nick Fury piece ain't too shabby either.
