Description

How much should I reveal here about my Prisma-color technique? Well most of it revolves around the princilples of color theory. here, the shadows of the red parts of Mister Miracle's costume have been rendered in Daliah Purple. Here I am applying the layer of Crimson which becomes the color. Later a Cream or white Highlight layer will be added. The color is applied in meticulous layers of light crosshatch and a kneaded eraser is used to burnish the primary layers and to clean up areas where color is not desired. Prism-color is an interesting and unique medium in that the colors are both translucent and opaque.

Holy crap! I had no idea this was color pencil. I guess I should pay more attention. Wow! That's amazing.
