Description

I was not all that happy with the original version of this I published last year so I went back in and started messing with the background, the overall color scheme and added some lighting effects to make it a bit more cohesive. Tweaked the characters slightly and lost a lot of "clutter" in the background. (The benefit of working digitally... endless... ENDLESS possibilities.) Daphne Dawnstar, Zem-51 and Charlie T220. Digital color over traditional pencils and digital inks. Painted in Photoshop with a Huion GT191 pen display. Zem-51 -- the Draconian Cyborg Hunter/Seeker -- is based on a toy I had as a kid. (Which, sadly, I no longer have.) I recruited my character "Space God" to stand in as the villain in this piece. (Which is ironic because I was not altogether happy with the way his painting turned out either but feel he is perfect here.) Very thrilled with this new version but would be interested in hearing opinions on which you prefer and why. Feedback is ALWAYS welcome. Characters and artwork �2022 Christopher Saghy.
