Description

A page from the Spectre relaunch as Hal Jordan (which was a great concept in my opinion).Spectre lets go a child killer grand-mother.As soon as she passes the doors of the church, she finds herself facing a horde of ugly demons who devour her.The Spectre is still inside,plagued by doubt as he wonders if he did the right thing.What I found brilliant in the scene, beside the eery and trully chilling devouring sequence, is that one can wonder if Hal knew what she would be facing going outside, if his still unmastered powers were playing tricks,unknown to him, or if he let her go knowing what was expecting her and her horrible fate.This is a pure Spectre moment, going back to the Aparo era.I really love that scene and its execution :)
