I haven't been this excited about an art purchase in a long long time.Steve Lightle's run on Legion, though short, was probably the most ground shattering thing I read from DC in my teenage years (with the exception of Wolfman and Perez's Teen Titans).I simply loved Legion and was awed by his art on that title(he since became a much better artist but you can't beat those first impressions).And this issue, with Timberwolf, my fav. Legionaires, going with his master to a distant planet, is also my favorite of the run.So it's with great pride that I finally own and display a page with Timberwolf in feral mode from that issue.Excellent art and load of emotions and memories :)

Lightle drew TW better than anyone. I also loved the way he drew Wildfire. He would occassionally put stuff like question marks and exclamation points in his face screen for great effect.
