I love JP's art and was floored by his poster art after seeing him show off a lot of that work on a CAL YouTube show back around August 2023.

So I wanted something fun, different, and quirky for one of the OAX posters. Howard the Duck controlling a crazed MODOK by Gigzilla for the OAX Auction & Pizza Party felt right. JP is game for anything and did what all amazing artists/pros do, he made the idea way better, and he made it look like a legit event poster.

Thank you, JP and Jiggy, the piece means a lot to me.

We printed this as cardstock posters for everyone in their swag bags. We printed it dry mounted on 24x36" foam board. We made shirts. We made stickers. JP made the fun.

The original art was a gift to myself for making OAX. Included an image of the final poster, too.

Worked so well as a sticker and t-shirt - JP's wild creativity on full display in glorious technicolor.

Stunning art for the OAX auction poster. Love the concept of Howard the Duck controlling MODOK and creating chaos! I love the maniacal look on Howard's face and the lightning bolts shooting out of MODOK's eyes! And what could improve it more than gorgeous colors by Gigzilla? It's a poster that's almost as much fun as it sounds like the event was! Sorry I couldn't be there, but hopefully next year!
