I have wanted to get Tim Seeley in my Joe book for awhile, but could not decide who to have him do. After looking through my book he aksed to do Zartan, so I agreed. I love it! This head sketch fills the entire page and makes him look like a total tough guy, ready to get into trouble! Done at C2E2.
