I have always enjoyed appearances by the Oktober Guard in GI Joe and Col Brekhov's rough around the edges attitude has made him a fan favorite in my book! Shannon Gallant did an awesme job with this sketch of the Colonel ready to toast another well fought battle! Heroes Con 2012
