Description

I got on George's pre-commission list for Project Comic Con in St. Louis, and asked him for Batman and Nightwing in a drawing with the feel of Batman #1 from 1940. When I picked it up he stated that it felt like the portfolio he did back in 1989 for the covers of Batman Year 3 and "A Lonely Place of Dying". I love the feel of this piece, with the two heroes smiling at each other. As always, George is great with the fans, always full of energy and joy! He is having eye problems, and is currently drawing with one eye. Doesn't look like it to me! Thanks George!
