DescriptionContinuing a yearly tradition, I commissioned JP Leon for a Christmas gift for my brother. Jim has been wicked pumped about this one for a long time. When I originally contacted JP about this piece, JP asked if he could do the Walt Simonson version of the characters, since Simonson's Thor was "one of the main reasons I'm doing comics today." I think it shows-- this piece turned out so spectacularly. Thank you again, JP!Social/Sharing |

Gotta say, this is NOT "The Walt Simonson" version- it's totally it's own unique badass masterpiece! I loved his take on these guys on Earth X, but this is even better!

Absolutely stunning commission of Asgard's Big Three! Love the thick blacks and the Kirby Krackle! And has Odin ever looked more regal?
