This was purchased directly from Norm through his website. Said it was an unpublished cover for GI Joe. The character is Black Dragon. Norm was easy to deal with and answered all the questions I had about this item.

THIS IS FROM GI JOE EXTREME !!! A Darkhorse comics comic, Before the series was cancelled in the back of the issue in the letters and comments pages from readers a reader asked about Black Dragon and the writers responded with in issue 6 and 7 we will deal with it, However the series was cancelled at issue 4 ( the 8th issue overall of GI JOE extreme ) so this issue never came to be sadly. THis is the first time I have ever seen it and WOW what a great catch this is!
