Mandrake! An underappreciated artist - Spectre, Manhunter, Batman, he does spooky/weird better than anyone not named Gene Colan. Thanks for sharing.

Agreed! Mandrake has been an underrated terrific artist for years. Loved his Spectre too.

Mandrake is an artist you love or hate. Thankfully I love. I have an old Spectre page and two consketches. Been thinking about having him do one full commission but need to get back on my feet

Tom Mandrake's heavy inks suits the Bat perfectly. He is definitely an artist I need to get something from.
