Description

I am a long time BWS fan - and feel his strongest medium is pencil. So I am pretty happy to have secured this pencil that I remember well from both the Cygnus Box portfolio as well as its link to the scarce Nimue Photoprint (additional image)

I saw this pencil live at PIH's LA area location in the Summer of 2016 - fortunately for me, it didn't sell as it had an aggressive starting bid.

This time I was able to secure it at PIH so patience paid off!

On my laptop when I click on the image it actually comes up at very close to actual 10" x 12" size

I'm curious about the framing: how did you get the effect of the piece "floating" above the mat? It's quite nice.

I worked with a local framer and frankly not sure - but I there are little 'pads' behind the art so it is 'floating' - I have to have the art framed nicely to earn a spot on a visible wall!
