DescriptionFinally, A Kaluta for my Studio Gallery...Kaluta's Spawn of Frankenstein from Phantom Stranger 25. I love the first panel with the woman and the final panel with the Monster. I haven't seen many pages from this backup feature but I suppose there aren't that many to begin with... I added an additional image from Lee Benaka's collection of old CBG ads...this page was sold back in 1979 for $225...and touted as one of only 19 full pages. Social/Sharing |

I've only seen two other pages, both at the last pre-Wizard Chicago Comicon and I bought the better of the two. Kaluta's version of the creature is actually my favorite version. I like it even better than Wrightson's. Good pickup.
