Based on the style I'd guess pretty recent. Paris's style has changed noticeably over the years. It certainly has the same look and page yellowing as this 2012 piece: http://www.comicartfans.com/ForSaleDetails.asp?ArtId=454200.

Not sure on the date. I did see this on Paris's facebook page colored. It was on a table at a con he was at. May have been a print.
