DescriptionI tried approaching Mr. Golden's rep, Renee, about purchasing this piece last fall but Mike wasn't willing to let it go at that time, he loved it too much. Flash forward a couple of months and I was talking about this piece with a fellow CAF buddy. He was in contact with Mr. Golden and said that he would reach out to him and see what he could do. SCORE!!!! My buddy was able to convince Mike that his piece would have a good home. A HUGE thanks to everyone involved in helping with this transaction. I LOVE this piece!Social/Sharing |

Oh wow ! You outdid yourself again Patrick !! It's incredible !! Yes, I know to expect greatness from Michael Golden, but this is exceptional still !! Amazing mesh between the Kelley Jones costume and the animated look. Huge congrats my friend !

This is absolutely superb! I like how Michael was able to play up the reflectivity of the metallic surface, using just pencil shading. He was also able to effectively capture Freeze's almost supernatural like appearance, while blending that feel with an almost tank-like body armor/containment suit. This is one of the very best Golden pin-ups that I've seen in some time. Big congrats on the fact that all the stars aligned for this one, buddy!
