Description

I got this very cool double-page spread from Sean during MoCCA 2009 while he signed copies of "Hellblazer" in the Vertigo table. I'd first seen this at NYCC but passed on it at the time as I'd already bought 7 of his other pages, including a cover, when I saw it. He was kind enough to sell it to me at the same very reasonable price. This came from a Teen Titans vs. Flash Rogues 2-issue story that DC decided not to publish because of continuity issues (Bart Allen was being killed off at the time). The Rogues in this page are (left-to-right) Magenta, Captain Cold, Girder, Trickster, Mirror Master, Tar Pit, Weather Wizard, Alchemist, and Heatwave. The easier-to-identify Titans present are Kid Devil (trussed up), Ravager, Cyborg, Wonder Girl and Robin.

well ed now were even.i too saw this piece at NYCC and didnt get it.did ask him the next day if he still had it but he told me he didnt bummer for me.glad to see you got its a great piece congrats

I've been a long time fan of Sean's work and I've always been beaten to his best pieces. Thank goodness he keeps creating more... maybe one day I'd be able to finally get one. Congrats on an incredible piece of art !

It's funny. I contacted him for a commission and he was swamped working on this storyline. So, I had to wait. I contacted him again a couple of months later and he was nice enough to squeeze me in then. Since then, the storyline was scraped and you benefited from DC's loss. Congrats to you!! Great piece!!!
