DescriptionPatsy Walker could use a break. The first guy she loved, Buzz Baxter, turned out to be an abusive no-goodnik. Then she married The Son of Satan and ended up in Hell. What better guy than the Angel to balance out Hellcat's bad-luck love-life? (Cats, winged creatures -- opposites attract.) I figured that even if two of my favorite Marvel characters might never be brought together in the pages of the comics, they could at least enjoy an airborne idyll in my Ron Frenz commissions gallery. Thank you, Ron! Great piece!Social/Sharing |

Beautiful piece! I saw this one on Scott's Ron Frenz gallery and was wondering about the story behind this stunner. Very nice to find out. I think this is one of the stand out pieces over there. By the way, very cool that you've asked Ron Frenz to do so many commissions, I saw most of them on http://www.catskillcomics.com and really enjoyed them. I think you'll be seeing some extra commissions for me as well in the future, although I don't think I'll ever catch up to you. ;-)

I've been on vacation, without computer access for 2 weeks, so didn't see the comment until this morning. I agree, Ron has done phenomenal commissions for me (and for other people), and this is one of the best. Given enough time (and money), you might catch up to me! Will try to soon post the Captain Marvel, Jr. transformation scene Ron just completed for me -- it's up on the Catskills site (the Fradon Mary Marvel is also mine). Regards, Arthur
